Description
The Rose Hip is the fruit (sometimes called Rose Haws) from the Dog Rose, and is known for its high Vitamin C level. Whole rose hips are large, wrinkled, hard red berries, about ½ inch in size.

Recommended brewing: Rinse, soak overnight, simmer 10-15 minutes.
