1 LB DRIED PIZZA SEASONING BLEND
CULINARY GRADE & CERTIFIED KOSHER, USA

A house-blended mix of various herbs that makes for a delicious seasoning for pizza sauce. May also may be used to to season vegetables, potatoes, and sauces, or as a marinade for chicken (we suggest marinating with pizza sauce blend, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice).

Instructions:
Add 1 tablespoon of pizza blend to 1 small can of tomato paste in a saucepan; add water to make sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste. Use to coat one large pizza.

Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Anise Seed, Rosemary, Bell Pepper, Basil.
