Origin: Albania
Common mugwort is an herb native to Europe, Africa and Asia that is now naturalized throughout North America. The herb is known by a variety of common names, such as Cronewort, Felon Herb and Old Uncle Henry. So many wonderful uses!
Pleasant tasting but slightly resinous. Pair with simple herbs and flowers such as Chamomile & Mints.
Instructions: Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried Mugwort leaves and pour 8 fl. oz of hot water over the leaves. Steep for 3–5 minutes for a milder flavor, or up to 10–15 minutes for a stronger, more bitter brew.
