Culinary Use:
Wild Crafted Lemon balm AKA Sweet Melissa (Melissa officinalis), a member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages for a variety of remedies. Good addition to tea blends. Dried lemon balm is also used to season soups, stews, rice, vegetables, salads, and chicken and fish.

Cosmetics: Infuse in water or oil for use in soap, creams, lotions and other products for the hair and skin.

Household Use: Use water and alcohol infusions to make natural household cleaners.

Aromatic Use: Add the fragrant leaves to potpourri mixtures, sachets and herbal pillows.
