Description:
Also known as lemon zest. Great for use in baking recipes like cakes, muffins, and scones. Best reconstituted before use in baking. Lemon zest is also good for use in marinades and rubs, to flavor craft beers, as a garnish for a pop of color or in soaps and other cosmetic applications.

Rehydration Instructions:
1/2 tsp granules and 1/2 tsp warm water equals 1 tsp grated lemon peel. Allow to rehydrate for ten minutes
