Description
Rooibos is commonly called red tea or bush tea, and is naturally caffeine-free. This is a great beauty tea which is great for the skin with packed full of polyphenols (antioxidants). Rooibos brews similar to black tea (with a similar color), but a more mellow cup. Has reputed health benefits due to high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Has 50% more antioxidants than green tea!
Recommended brewing: 3-5 minutes at 190-212°F (87-100°C).
