**There is some confusion about true aloe vera gel. Pure aloe vera gel is more of a juice. The aloe vera plant contains 95% water very much like a watermelon. When you squeeze the meat of a watermelon you will get water. The same is with pure aloe vera. Aloe vera jellies are very different than pure aloe vera gel as they contain thickeners and other chemical ingredients. If you are wanting aloe vera jelly with thickeners this is not what you would want. We choose to only sell all-natural organic pure aloe vera gel. This is food grade for ingestion and also great for natural hair care. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Ingredients: 99.8% pure organic full strength aloe vera gel, .01% citric acid, .01% sodium benzoate (a food grade preservative to keep it safe from bacteria growth.)
