Use ground loofah to create beautiful, exfoliating soaps. The loofah can be tinted with liquid dyes by wetting the loofah with colored water and allowing it to dry. Then add loofah to your soaps. Loofah soaps are wonderful for gardeners and mechanics! Loofahs are natural plants that look like zucchini. When it dries, it leaves behind a wonderful scrubby sponge that is famous for skin exfoliation. This is an effective way to sluff away old skin cells and rejuvenate new skin cell growth. Exfoliation is important especially in maturing skin, so your skin can have that healthy glow! This is an inexpensive exfoliate and works quite well with handmade soaps, bath gels, liquids and other handmade bath and body products!
