This soap base for soap making is the same great melt and pour soap base only much harder due to less water and glycerin. It is similar to the Low Sweating soap base but rock hard. Due to the hardness, this soap is longer lasting!  If you wish to mix with another of your favorite soap bases such as olive oil (that is a bit softer soap), go ahead and try mixing 2 lb olive oil (or another regular melt pour soap) to 1 lb extra hard clear base for a moisturizing, yet very long lasting soap.  Now, you can have the best of both worlds!
